Drum Journey
Sound therapy appointments can be created to meet your bespoke needs. I offer a drum journey and sonic massage at Fine feathers Wellness Hub. By using a therapeutic rhythm, the drum can transport you on a journey of relaxation and meditation. The deep tones of the drum can resonate and create a sound massage through the vibrations that can be used to support easing muscle tension.
Drum rhythms often promote emotional release and create a sense of feeling energised. A drum journey can be a supportive experience in releasing emotions, connecting to the body and promoting meditation.
Time is allocated at the beginning and end of the session for personal reflection to support you holistically and benefit your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
I offer the choice of remo bahia or buffalo vegan framed drums for this sound experience.

Sound Therapy Appointment
Individual appointments are created to meet your bespoke needs. They can focus on relaxation with calming harmonies as well as uplifting sounds to promote emotional comfort and release. Time is allocated to discuss any health needs at the beginning of the session and for personal reflection at the end.
Gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls and gentle percussion instruments are played depending on your preference to promote relaxation and well-being.
The Himalayan bowls can also be placed on the body to create a sonic massage as well as listened to off the body depending on your preference.

Community Sound Journey
Community sound journeys and well-being experiences are promoted in the Events section and on Facebook and Instagram.
I also offer sound baths and singing bowl circles for your private gatherings and events too.

Singing Bowl Lesson
Connect to and explore these beautiful instruments and their sounds. They can be struck like a bell or stroked for a sustained tone. Learn how to play them to support relaxation and experience the vast range of harmonies they can create.
Available one-to-one and in a group as a singing bowl circle.

Baby and You Relaxation
Incorporating relaxing Himalayan bowls and percussion sounds to create a calming and relaxing experience for your baby and you.
These sessions incorporate relaxing sounds into a baby play session based on my 20 years' experience as a nursery nurse supporting child development. I am DBS checked and have NVQ 4 in child development and first aid trained. Baby massage can also be included to further support relaxation.
Available one-to-one or in a group. The sessions are approximately 40 minutes.
£20 each or group discount available.
